Returns Policy
Rali Ray Art does accept returns. We do our best to display the art as close as we can to how it will look in-person, but we understand there may be small differences in color and texture that do not come through online. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may contact us at rali@ralirayart.com to start a return.

Returns will only be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label with instructions on how to return your art. It must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns for personalized or custom orders such as commissioned paintings.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event that your item is damaged during shipping, make sure to save all original packaging materials to document the damage for insurance purposes.
